We do our best to display accurate colors online, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and other factors.

Regular delivery time is 3–5 working days.

For made-to-order and custom pieces, please allow additional time for stitching and preparation before your order ships.

Should there be any delay for any reason, we will keep you informed via phone or email regarding the status of your shipment.

We charge a flat shipping rate of USD $11 on all online orders within the United States. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service team to verify order accuracy. After confirmation, your order is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
